Nina Foch was born on April 20, 1924 in Leiden, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands. Nina Consuelo Maud Fock is Nina Foch's birth name. Nina died on December 5th, 2008, in Los Angeles, California at the age of 84.

Nina Foch is the daughter of actress and singer Consuelo Flowerton.

In 1943 Nina Foch was Signed by Columbia, placed into several low-budget thrillers, beginning with The Return Of The Vampire.

For her performance in the film Executive Suite, in 1954, Nina Foch was given an Oscar Nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

When acting roles slowed down Nina Foch moved to TV, as a panelist on several TV quiz shows, she also worked as George Stevens' assistant director for The Diary Of Anne Frank and directed other plays.

Since the 1960s, Nina helped a new generation of wanna-be actors and actresses, by teaching as a professor of drama for USC and The American Film Institute.
