Michael Ironside was born on February 12, 1950 in Toronto,
Canada.
He defining role was his portrayal of the mind-controlling,
head-blowing megalomaniac Daryl Revok in the film, SCANNERS.
He has since made a nice career out of playing various dastardly
villains with no redeeming values or "edgy anti-heroes."
Most people recognize Ironside's voice from his voice over
work in the splinter Cell videos; SPLINTER CELL, SPLINTER
CELL: PANDORA TOMORROW.
Michael is married to Karen Dimwiddie and they have one daughter.
