Chuck Connors was born on April 10, 1921 in Brooklyn, New
York.
On November 10, 1992 Chuck Connors passed away from lung
cancer and pneumonia in Los Angeles, California.
Sometime Chuck Connors is credited as Chuck Conners. Although
his birth name is Kevin Joseph Aloysius Connors.
Chuck Connors received his star on the Hollywood Walk of
Fame in 1985, a few years later in 1991 Connors was elected
into the Cowboy Hall of Fame in 1991 and was inducted into
the Hall of Great Western Performers of the National Cowboy
and Western Heritage Museum.
In the 1960's Chuck Connors had a couple of recurring roles
on hit TV shows, in BRANDED he played Jason McCord and in
THE RIFLEMAN he played Lucas McCain.
Playing the title role in 1962 Chuck Connors was in GERONIMO,
starring with Kamala Devi, Adam West, and Pat Conway.
Taking a leap into the future Chuck Connors played Tab Fielding
in SOYLENT GREEN starring opposite Charlton Heston, Leigh
Taylor-Young, and Joseph Cotten.
